The Context

The Context

TiCO Design is a Nantes-based consulting agency that uses design thinking to solve complex organizational problems. Their methodology was sharp, but their digital presence didn't reflect it. During a two-month internship, working alongside a co-intern, I led the redesign of their brand identity and digital platform—taking them from a makeshift Notion site to a professional, conversion-focused web presence.

The Problem

The Problem

The agency lacked a visual language that felt distinct or credible in the consulting space. Their existing site was a temporary fix that had become permanent, struggling to communicate their value to prospects or serve as a useful tool for the internal team. Through user interviews and co-design workshops, we identified the core need: a platform that not only explained what they did, but made their highly conceptual methodology feel tangible and accessible.

The Process

The Process

We structured the project over six weeks, blending traditional UX methodology with TiCO's own collaborative approach. We didn't just present designs; we facilitated workshops, brought the team into the decision-making process, and co-created the strategic direction. From rapid wireframing to building a comprehensive design system and a functional no-code prototype in Framer, the process was an exercise in aligning strong opinions and translating complex services into clear, intentional design.

The Takeaway

The Takeaway

While the Framer build took longer than anticipated—leaving the website as a validated prototype rather than a live product—the new brand identity was fully adopted by the agency. More importantly, the project was a masterclass in stakeholder management. It taught me how to facilitate rather than just design, how to protect production time on a tight schedule, and how to build consensus within a team of experts.
